The District reads meters on the first two business days of the month and processes bills on the third day. Payment is due by the 15th of the month. Though we do not accept credit cards as a form of payment, we have a new feature called ACH (automated clearing house). Through this process, we can debit your checking or savings account and you don't need to remember to do anything. For ACH application click here.
Renting out your home?
If you and your tenant fill out and sign the Third Party Billing form, we can put the water/sewer bills directly into their name. However, you will remain financially responsible for the water bill should your tenants become delinquent. Always keep their deposit until you are certain that their water bill has been paid.
