The District reads meters on the first two business days of the month and processes bills on the third day. Payment is due by the 15th of the month. Though we do not accept credit cards as a form of payment, we have a new feature called ACH (automated clearing house). Through this process, we can debit your checking or savings account and you don’t need to remember to do anything.
